I’m a problem solver first. While the biggest challenges demand high-level strategy, I believe meaningful impact often starts with addressing the small, overlooked issues beneath the surface.

Minor hiccups usually stem from larger systemic problems. Because they seem insignificant, they’re often patched with temporary “band-aid” solutions—only to resurface later and compound into something much bigger. Over time, this cycle can stall the growth of high-potential organizations and teams. When you zoom out and examine the system as a whole, the root cause is almost always there.

I call this “big picture thinking.” My work focuses on identifying and strengthening the subtle pieces that, when brought together, create clarity, alignment, and momentum—much like assembling a mosaic. That process is what I mean by “painting the bigger picture”.

This framework shows up everywhere in my work, from thought leadership on the future of communications and AI, to scaling student organizations, to shaping brand and partnership strategy. I’m excited to bring this way of thinking to an organization that values impact, purpose, and ambitious growth.
